We offer a variety of advanced skincare and beauty services including custom facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, exosome therapy, lash lifts, handcrafted lash extensions and even piercings. We are by appointment only. 

Our Madison location typically offers availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Our Appleton location generally operates Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some variation week to week. Check our booking calendar for the most accurate hours.

We are by appointment only. This ensures each client receives our full attention and a personalized experience. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

All appointments must be booked through our online booking portal to secure your spot in our schedule. You’ll be required to enter a card on file, which is only charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation outside of our policy window. Some services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward your total at checkout.

If you’re a returning client, you’ll still book through our online portal, but you’re welcome to pre-book future appointments in person at checkout. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you do so through the booking portal to help keep our scheduling streamlined and accommodate the large clientele we serve.

Yes!

Madison Location: Parking is available in front of the building we share with Fifth Quarter Bar & New Age Salon. During evenings and weekends, the lot may be busy, but additional parking is available in the back of the building.

Appleton Location: We have a private parking lot exclusive to our building, so parking is typically easy and stress-free.

Yes—we currently offer Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna at checkout for purchases on retail & gift cards made through our online storefront.

For in-person services or retail purchases if you would like to utilize one of those payment options you would purchase a Gift Card through our online .storefront and select your Buy Now-Pay Later option at checkout. Gift Cards can then be used in office. 

We do not offer payment plans at this time. However, we are actively exploring options like Cherry, CareCredit, and similar financing solutions to better serve our clients in the near future. Stay tuned!

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients Or rescheduled at the cost of your appointment as outlined in our policies. Arriving on time ensures you get the full experience. We allow a 15min grace period before requiring full reschedule depending on the service and its duration in total. Please refer to our Policies page for full list.

(Depending on the service)-We recommend professional treatments every 4–6 weeks for optimal skin health and maintenance. More targeted treatments like microneedling or chemical peels may follow a series-based schedule, which we’ll guide you through. We always recommend scheduling a consultation with your provider to ensure you are fully informed and can ask all of the questions relevant to any service you are interested in.  Check out our SkinClub Memberships for savings!

We absolutely adore children and love meeting your friends, but in order to provide you with the most relaxing, focused experience possible, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo unless guest is also scheduled for a service. This helps us create a calm, personalized environment just for you. Thank you for understanding and allowing us to give you our full attention.
